Privacy Policy

CD Motion LLC collects only the information needed to review your application and get in touch with you about the opportunity. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t ask for financial or government identification details.

When you submit an application, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your city and state
• Your answers about sales background, availability, and employment status
• What you write in the open-ended questions
• Basic traffic information: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source) and the website that referred you

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license details, bank or card information, or passwords. Please don’t include information like that in the free-text fields.

• To contact you by phone, text, or email about this opportunity
• To understand which marketing channels bring in applicants

We do not sell your information or share it for third-party advertising.

Applications are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database (Supabase) and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act as service providers on our behalf. Access to application data is restricted to CD Motion and the systems required to operate this site.

While you fill out the application, your answers are saved temporarily in your browser’s session storage so a refresh or an interruption doesn’t erase your progress. That copy stays on your device, is cleared when you submit, and disappears when you close the tab. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep applications for as long as they are relevant to recruiting, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us to send you a copy of your application or delete it. Email contact@cdmotionllc.com from the address you applied with and we’ll take care of it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under state law. The email address above is the way to exercise them.
