Virtual Sales
Build a skill that can change your income.
I’m building a team of motivated people who want to develop real sales skills, work virtually, and create more opportunity for themselves.
Takes about 3 minutes. No experience required.
The Opportunity
A real skill set, built in a competitive environment.
Virtual Sales
Set solar appointments with homeowners over the phone, from wherever you are. No door knocking, no commute.
Performance
There's an hourly base, but the upside is in commission and bonuses. What you earn tracks what you produce, not how long you've been here.
Development
Learn communication, objection handling, follow-up, and how to move a conversation to a decision — skills that transfer anywhere.
Growth
High performers can take on additional responsibility and leadership opportunities over time.
Who We’re Looking For
The traits matter more than the résumé.
Previous sales experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. Attitude and work ethic are what we train around — the rest is taught.
- Coachable
- Competitive
- Consistent
- Hard-working
- Good communicator
- Willing to learn
- Self-motivated
- Serious about improving

Why CD Motion
Built around people who want more.
CD Motion is a virtual sales organization focused on developing people. The work is straightforward: you talk to homeowners, you set solar appointments, and you get better at a skill that compounds over a career.
Training and development are the core of it. You’ll be taught how to communicate, how to handle objections, how to follow up, and how to book an appointment that actually holds — then held to a standard of consistency and performance.
I read every application personally and reach out to the people who look like a fit.
The Team
A look inside.
Straight Answers
Before you apply.
The things worth knowing up front, so nothing about this is a surprise later.
What would I actually be doing?
Setting solar appointments, virtually. You speak with homeowners over the phone and book qualified appointments for the closing team — you are not knocking doors, and you are not closing the sale yourself.
How does compensation work?
You're paid an hourly base, so you're not working for nothing while you learn — but the base isn't where this gets interesting. Commission on what you help sell and monthly performance bonuses are where the earnings actually come from. What you make tracks what you produce, which is the whole trade. I'll go through the exact numbers with you on the intro call.
Is there any cost to get started?
No. There's nothing to buy, no starter kit, no training fee and no equipment to purchase. If anyone ever tells you otherwise about a role here, that isn't us.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Experience helps, but it isn't required — most of what you need is taught. Coachability and work ethic are what the training is built around.
Where would I be working from?
Remotely. You work with customers virtually, so you need a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to talk rather than a commute.
How many hours would I need to commit?
You tell me on the application, and I take that answer seriously. Part-time is workable — what matters more than the number is that the hours you commit to are consistent.
What happens after I apply?
I read every application myself. If it looks like a fit, I'll reach out by phone or email to set up a short intro conversation. If it isn't a fit right now, I'd rather tell you that than waste your time.
Do you have anything besides the virtual team?
Yes — I also run an in-person, door-to-door sales team. The application asks whether you'd consider it, and I only bring it up with people who said yes. You'll never be pushed toward a role you didn't apply for.
