CD Motion LLC ("CD Motion," "we," "us," or "our") provides sales recruiting services, including automated conversations with prospective candidates over Instagram Direct Messages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you message our Instagram business account, or interact with our recruiting assistant, we may collect:

• Instagram profile information — your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, as provided by Meta's Instagram API when you message us.
• Conversation content — the messages you send us and the replies our assistant sends you.
• Information you share with us — details you volunteer during the conversation, such as your name, general location, age range, current job situation, sales experience, career goals, income goals, availability, and start timeline.
• Scheduling information — if you book a call with us, the date and time of that call.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation.

How we use your information

• To carry on a conversation with you, answer your questions, and evaluate whether our recruiting opportunity may be a fit for you.
• To schedule and manage recruiting calls.
• To maintain an internal record of candidates in our recruiting pipeline.
• To improve the quality and relevance of our recruiting outreach.

Replies to your messages are generated with the assistance of an AI language model (Anthropic's Claude), acting on our behalf and under our direction, based on our recruiting criteria and the conversation history.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate this service, including:

• Meta / Instagram — to send and receive messages via the Instagram Platform.
• Anthropic — to generate conversational replies on our behalf.
• Supabase — to securely store candidate and conversation records.
• Google Calendar — to check availability and schedule recruiting calls.
• n8n — the workflow automation platform that connects the services above.

These providers are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide services to us.

Data retention

We retain candidate and conversation records for as long as reasonably necessary to support our recruiting process, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can stop the conversation at any time by simply not responding. You may request that we delete your information, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our recruiting services are intended for individuals who meet the minimum working age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
